Renewable Energies in Afghanistan: Digital Knowledge Platform (Phase II)

Skat Foundation, in the framework of its “Digital Energy Afghanistan” project, intends to award the services for the development of the “Renewable Energies in Afghanistan – Digital Knowledge Platform Phase II”, described in the enclosed documents (below). You are invited to submit your technical and price bids by 22. September 2021, 5:30 pm CEST, in English. Details of our submission requirements can be found in the documents below.

Please be aware that only bids received on time will be taken into consideration.
