Valérie is the Knowledge Management Officer at Skat Foundation, working at the intersection of knowledge brokering and governance. She leads Skat Foundation’s external communication, ensuring that the organization’s work, insights, and impact are effectively shared with a broader audience. She also contributes to WASH and knowledge management initiatives, ensuring that lessons learned from projects are captured and applied.  

Her work at Skat Foundation includes developing frameworks for project implementation, conducting research, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and writing knowledge products. She also supports the RWSN Secretariat with annual reporting, the mentoring program, and writing Stories of Change. In the hands4health project, she is involved in the country groups for Nigeria and Palestine and writes Impact Stories for the consortium. 

With seven years of international experience in education, Valérie is currently pursuing her second Master’s degree in International Affairs & Governance at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). She holds a BA in German, English, and French Linguistics & Literature, and an MA in Educational Sciences from the University of Fribourg. In her current studies, she focuses on human rights, international law, corporate accountability, and sustainable development.
